We are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and drive measurable business growth.
The role demands someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across digital, brand, and growth marketing.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our positioning, building demand, and strengthening brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Demand Generation & Growth:
- Optimize acquisition channels (digital, content, events, partnerships) to drive leads and revenue.
- Build and manage marketing automation and CRM-driven campaigns.
Brand & Communication:
- Lead PR, media, and thought-leadership initiatives.
- Develop compelling content strategies (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, video, social).
Analytics & Insights:
- Leverage data to optimize marketing ROI and customer engagement.
- Monitor competition, market trends, and customer behavior to inform strategy.
Collaboration:
- Support GTM launches, product positioning, and client-facing events.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in B2B/B2C marketing (depending on your industry).
- Strong background in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand building.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent is preferred.
