Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced professional to manage market and index operations for a leading financial market organization. The role involves overseeing live trading activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting system enhancements, and managing audits and index administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and support launch of new contracts and products.

- Test, validate, and implement trading system enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and exchange guidelines.

- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external agencies.

- Handle audits, inspections, and committee-related activities.

- Manage commodity index administration.

- Ensure timely price polling and spot price dissemination.

- Maintain service level standards (SLAs) across operations.

- Represent the team in internal and external meetings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Strong understanding of trading operations and regulatory frameworks.

- Experience with exchange operations preferred.

- Exposure to analytics & reporting tools like Python, Tableau, Power BI, Cognos is an added advantage.
