Senior Manager - Manufacturing/Production

Looking for an experienced Production / Manufacturing Manager to lead end-to-end shopfloor operations including CNC machining, moulding, and assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role will drive production efficiency, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management

- Lead and supervise daily production activities across machine shop and assembly

- Plan production schedules and allocate resources to meet delivery timelines

- Monitor production KPIs and drive corrective actions to improve productivity

- Troubleshoot CNC and moulding machine performance to reduce downtime

- Ensure adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards

Quality & Process Control

- Maintain high production quality standards across processes

- Conduct in-process and final inspections including dimensional checks

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)

- Develop and implement production SOPs

People Management

- Lead and mentor shift supervisors and production teams

- Conduct performance reviews and enable cross-training

- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Process Improvement

- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives

-Identify opportunities to improve cycle times and reduce waste

- Collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance

Material & Equipment Management

- Monitor raw material consumption and scrap rates

- Coordinate with procurement for uninterrupted material supply

- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment

Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech preferred

- 10+ years of experience in production, CNC machining, machine shop, or assembly manufacturing

- Experience leading large production teams

- Strong exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, RCA, CAPA

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
