Job Title: Talent Management Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: Minimum 6 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Management professional to design, implement, and drive end-to-end talent strategies including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee capability building. The role will partner closely with business leaders to ensure a strong talent pipeline aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning:

- Design and execute talent management frameworks aligned with business objectives

- Support workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning initiatives

- Identify critical roles and high-potential talent across the organization

Performance & Capability Development:

- Drive performance management cycles, goal setting, and appraisal processes

- Develop competency frameworks and career progression paths

- Partner with L&D teams to design leadership and functional capability programs

Succession Planning & Hi-Po Programs:

- Manage succession planning for key roles

- Design and implement High-Potential (Hi-Po) and leadership development programs

- Track talent readiness and bench strength metrics

Employee Engagement & Retention:

- Support engagement, retention, and internal mobility initiatives

- Analyze attrition trends and propose targeted interventions

- Collaborate with HRBP and business leaders to improve employee experience

Data, Analytics & Reporting:

- Track talent metrics, dashboards, and reports for leadership reviews

- Use HR analytics to provide insights on talent gaps and development needs

- Ensure data accuracy and governance within HR systems

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Talent Management / Talent Development / HRBP roles

- Strong exposure to performance management, succession planning, and leadership development

- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders

- Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

- MBA / Postgraduate in HR or relevant discipline

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in large corporates, consulting, or fast-growing organizations

- Exposure to HRIS and talent analytics tools

- Strong communication and change management capabilities
