Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and expand Aviation Insurance portfolio (airlines, charter operators, airport service providers, MROs)
- Leverage existing networks and build new relationships within the aviation ecosystem
- Identify client requirements and structure tailored insurance solutions in collaboration with insurers
- Engage with global and domestic insurance markets for competitive placements
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and risk coverage comparisons
- Drive new business acquisition and achieve revenue targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and reinsurance partners
Operations & Client Servicing:
- Coordinate with underwriting teams and insurers for quotes, policy issuance, and renewals
- Manage policy documentation, endorsements, and compliance requirements
- Ensure smooth servicing of accounts with focus on TAT and accuracy
- Assist clients in claims coordination and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM, pipeline tracking, and documentation records
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal compliance standards
