Senior Manager/Manager - IT Infrastructure - Pharma

We're hiring - Sr. Manager / Manager (IT Infrastructure - Pharma)

Location: Thane (Mumbai applicants only)

Experience: 8-10 years

Currently looking to connect with experienced IT Infrastructure professionals who have strong exposure to Pharma environments and enjoy building things from scratch.

This role is not just about managing - it's about leading transformation.

You'll be working closely on setting up IT infrastructure for new plants, expansions, DR setups, and office locations, ensuring everything is secure, compliant, and scalable in line with pharma regulations.

- Strong understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity & CSV

- Hands-on experience in complete IT infra setup (plants/offices)

- Comfortable managing vendors, SLAs, and cross-f

- Open to travel across India & overseas

Role Purpose:

This position will lead planning, execution, and governance of IT infrastructure initiatives across all RRL locations - ensuring high availability, compliance, and performance while driving infrastructure transformation and modernization.
