Job Description & Summary:

As a Senior Manager/Manager - Digital Assurance, you will lead independent assurance engagements across financial reporting, internal controls, and digital environments. The role focuses on cybersecurity, data and AI systems, and technology governance to help organisations build trust and meet regulatory requirements. You will act as a strategic advisor, lead and coach teams, manage complex challenges, and deliver high-quality outcomes through strong judgment, communication, and leadership.

Job Requirements & Preferences

Education & Credentials

Preferred fields: Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines

Experience

Minimum 7.5 years of relevant experience in Audit and assurance, IT controls auditing, Consulting and/or implementation of IT solutions

Language Strong oral and written proficiency in English

Preferred Knowledge & Technical Skills

- Financial reporting, compliance, and operational process controls

- IT risks, processes, and management controls

- Current and emerging technologies, including:

- Cloud computing

- SAP, Oracle, and Oracle Database

- Web development tools, virtualization

- UNIX, Linux, and security technologies

- Manual and automated controls over financial and non-financial reporting

- Control frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, ITIL, and similar standards

- Thought leadership development within areas of specialization

- Internal operational processes of professional services environments (engagement economics, billing, performance management, compliance, and independence requirements)

Assurance & Client Responsibilities

- Lead IT controls assurance and readiness engagements, including:

- External and internal audits

- SOC 1 / SOC 2 and similar reports

- Identify key risks and controls; recommend and design improved control environments

- Perform controls readiness and configuration assessments across:

- Financial reporting processes

- IT infrastructure, security, change management, and operations

- Adapt work programs and methodologies to deliver tailored client solutions

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services
