This role drives international sales, builds strategic customer relationships, and expands our footprint in the manufacturing, automotive, and electronics sectors. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Growth: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in the manufacturing sector. - Utilize market insights to remain ahead of trends and competitors. Manage the sales pipeline through lead generation, client meetings, and direct engagement. Customer Engagement: - Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Conduct product demos and technical consultations. - Understand customer needs and deliver tailored automation solutions. Collaboration & Leadership: - Coordinate with engineering and production teams to determine the feasibility of the solution. - Partner with marketing to drive impactful campaigns and product positioning. - Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts. Market Expansion & Branding: - Represent the company at global trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forums. - Explore strategic alliances and partnerships to grow market presence. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation) or MBA - Minimum 6 years of experience in automation/SaaS sales with exposure to APAC markets. - Understanding of industrial automation, assembly lines, and manufacturing systems. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel. Preferred Experience: - Experience with robotics-based automation and capital equipment sales. - Strong industry network in automotive, electronics & manufacturing. - Prior experience in consultative/solution-based selling.
