Industry: Automotive OEM / Manufacturing

A leading Automotive OEM is looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead and strengthen Plant HR operations for its large manufacturing facility based in Gwalior, MP. The role requires a strong business-oriented HR leader with deep expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and organizational capability building within large manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end Plant HR operations for a large manufacturing setup.

- Partner with plant leadership to support business goals through effective people practices.

- Lead Talent Acquisition and strategic manpower planning initiatives for plant operations.

- Drive Performance Management System (PMS), talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Design and implement Learning & Development (L&D) and Training & Development (T&D) interventions to build organizational capability.

- Lead Organization Development (OD), HR analytics, productivity improvement, and business excellence initiatives.

- Support culture-building, employee connect, retention, and workforce effectiveness programs.

- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes, policies, and organizational initiatives across plant operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Full-Time MBA/PGDM in HR from a premier institute/university with strong academic credentials.

- 1015 years of progressive HR experience in reputed Automotive, Auto Component, or large manufacturing organizations.

- Prior experience working with OEMs/MNCs will be preferred.

- Plant HR Operations

- Proven experience managing manpower strength of 10002000 employees in manufacturing environments.

- Exposure to Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement practices will be an added advantage.

- Strong stakeholder management, execution capability, and business partnering skills are essential.
