Job Description - HR Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance core HR functions, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience. The role involves managing employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and deep knowledge of HR best practices to drive a healthy organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on workplace policies, career growth, and HR best practices.
- Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution while ensuring fair, compliant, and timely outcomes.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees and leadership to identify concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives including team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
- Support performance management by guiding managers on goal setting, feedback, and career development plans.
- Review and update HR policies in line with evolving best practices.
- Oversee payroll processing with strict adherence to statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain HR dashboards and generate reports on key metrics such as engagement, attrition, and workforce analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA in HR preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on HR operations and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, principles, and employment laws.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with KEKA HR software will be an added advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach.
