
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
- Anticipate and address HR implications of business plans, offering proactive guidance on people-related matters.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and coordinate with recruitment teams to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent.
- Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning to enhance engagement and productivity.
- Lead and support change management efforts, enabling leaders to implement organizational changes smoothly.
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with industry best practices.
- Analyze HR data and trends to identify improvement areas and support data-informed decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on HR metrics, initiatives, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with business leaders on succession planning and capability mapping to support workforce planning and internal mobility.
- Engage with project managers across lines of business on learning and coaching programs; implement structured skip-level interactions. Monitor performance and productivity metrics with PMs and quality scores with TQM teams.
- Integrate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles into engagement and promotion frameworks to ensure equitable succession planning.
- Work closely with delivery and finance teams to align staffing strategies with financial goals; participate in monthly business reviews to showcase talent capabilities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and thriving in evolving business contexts.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
