Job Summary:

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with strong analytical and automation skills to enhance finance reporting, inventory valuation, and internal financial controls. The ideal candidate will drive automation initiatives, improve reporting efficiency, and ensure accurate inventory accounting across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Finance MIS, dashboards, and automated reports using Power BI, Excel, or similar BI tools.

- Automate recurring finance reports and streamline manual processes.

- Monitor and validate inventory valuation across warehouses, stores, and distribution centers.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and inventory control procedures.

- Analyze inventory movement, ageing, shrinkage, and reconciliation.

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.

- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, and Finance teams.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation initiatives.

- Assist in internal and statutory audits related to inventory and finance processes.

- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 2-5 years of post-qualification experience

- Experience in Retail, Fashion, Manufacturing, or FMCG is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and financial reporting.

- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
