Finance Business Partner Manager / Sr. Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-impact Finance Business Partner to support key business units with data-driven insights, financial planning, and strategic analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and the ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary finance advisor to business leadership teams; influence decision-making through financial insight.

- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles for the assigned business vertical.

- Perform detailed variance analysis (budget vs. actuals), identify cost drivers, and highlight corrective actions.

- Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance, investment cases, and scenario planning.

- Provide strategic support in business reviews, long-range planning, and performance improvement initiatives.

- Monitor KPIs, develop dashboards, and generate actionable insights to drive profitability and efficiency.

- Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and product to align financial strategies with business goals.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies.

- Lead finance transformation and automation initiatives to streamline reporting and analytics.

- Track and benchmark business performance against competitors and market trends.

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from Tier 1 B-School (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, etc.)

- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business finance, or strategy roles.

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering experience.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
