Senior Manager/Manager - Digital Technology for AMC

This role will be responsible for:

- Develop, manage and upgrade Digital Assets like Websites, Mobile Apps, APIs,

- Digital technology stack for Digital assets like Mobile apps, website, API stack and integrations with focus on best in class customer experience

- Vendor and stake holder management with the focus on cutting edge technology adoption

- Manage and optimize Digital Technology budgets while maintaining system integrity and performance

- Maintenance and upkeepment of uptimes and SLAs with back to back arrangements with all vendors and partners like KRA, Payment Gateways and other critical service providers

- Day to day interaction with Vendors to manage the assets, SLAs, fire fight and upgrades of Digital assets, APIs and related projects

- Interact with Tech infra team for infra related maintenance and de-bugging.

Your will be responsible for:

- Digital Transformation leveraging latest Digital development technologies, Devops environment, Agile framework and data driven insights coupled with automation of manual processes

- Maintenance of existing Digital assets, creation of best in class Digital assets, repository of API gateways, usage of latest Tech tools and platforms for Digital assets

- Ownership of extended tech development interactions

- Technology architecture of AMC digital assets, APIs, middleware and backend frameworks

- SLAs with back to back arrangements with all the service providers like KRAs, KYC agencies, Payment Gateways, CRM/ LMS, API gateway providers etc.

- Automation of all Digital processes

- Run cost optimization of all Digital initiatives

- The experience you bring (Educational Qualification / Experience):

- 8-10 years of Experience in Technology/ Financial industry, especially with Mutual Funds, Broking firms Btech in Computer Science/ IT/ related streams and preferably from premier Tier I or II institute

Certification/s: DevOps, Agile, Digital transformation preferred
