Are you a finance professional with deep expertise in Corporate Advisory and a flair for Business Development?

Role: Senior Manager / Manager - Corporate Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

- Origination & execution of mandates in Debt Syndication, M&A, Private Equity, and Debt Resolution

- Drive Business Development and build strong client relationships

- Prepare Information Memorandums (IMs) and pitch decks

- Build and analyse complex Financial Models

- Conduct project appraisals, due diligence, and support deal closures

- Collaborate with Banks, FIs, Corporates, and PE/VC Funds

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Project Finance / Investment Banking / Corporate Advisory

- Proven track record in deal origination, financial structuring & stressed asset resolution

- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
