CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION : Education - Chartered Accountant/ CFA / Other Finance / MBA Finance Experience of : - 5-7 years in similar industry and role. - Fund Raising, Investment banking Reporting to - City Head Role Dimensions: Investment Banking: 1. Identification of Business Opportunities &amp; Handling Client relationship 2. Creating valuations, Analyzing data and building financial models 3. Preparing Investment Memorandums &amp; marketing materials 4. Conducting industry, business and financial due diligence across sectors 5. Assisting in legal and fiscal due diligence with the relevant SME 6. Assess transactions across geographies and asset classes 7. Participating in the structuring of complex transactions and eventually develop and evaluate strategic initiatives for portfolio companies HNI Services:&nbsp; 1. Identifying and creating relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Wealth Managers and Institutions for trading of assets 2. Organizing a database of assets to be mapped with the client's requirements 3. Hand holding clients through the complete cycle of transaction including inspections, negotiations and documentation 4.
