Senior Manager - Management Consulting - Petrochemical & Chemical

Role Overview:

As a Sr. Manager in Management Consulting specializing in the Petrochemical & Chemical industry, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements for our clients. Your day-to-day will involve leading consulting engagements, conducting in-depth industry analysis, developing innovative solutions, and guiding implementation efforts.

You will collaborate closely with client executives, internal consulting teams, and subject matter experts to deliver impactful results. This role directly contributes to enhancing our clients' competitive advantage, optimizing their operations, and achieving sustainable growth within the dynamic Petrochemical & Chemical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead consulting engagements from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards for clients in the Petrochemical & Chemical industry.

- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps, operational improvements, and process optimization initiatives to enhance client profitability, efficiency, and market share.

- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to identify opportunities and risks for clients, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

- Manage and mentor consulting teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment that encourages innovation and professional development.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader on industry trends and best practices.

- Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new consulting opportunities within the Petrochemical & Chemical sector, contributing to the firm's growth and reputation.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex consulting engagements, delivering tangible results for clients in the Petrochemical & Chemical industry.

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field from a Tier 1 institution is preferred.
