About the Role:

We are hiring for a high-growth platform in the infrastructure and energy investment space, backed by marquee institutional investors. The platform is actively scaling its asset portfolio through acquisitions and strategic investments across transmission, renewable energy, and allied infrastructure segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead evaluation of M&A and investment opportunities in operating infrastructure assets.

- Build detailed financial models to analyze IRRs, valuations, and transaction returns.

- Coordinate due diligence (technical, financial, legal, regulatory) across stakeholders and advisors.

- Draft investment memorandums, board notes, and internal presentations for senior management.

- Engage with external advisors - Big 4 firms, legal counsel, technical consultants.

- Track sectoral trends, policy updates, and market benchmarks to inform investment decisions.

- Support deal execution, including term sheet negotiation and transaction documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 5-13 years of experience in M&A / Deal Advisory / Investment Banking / Corporate Strategy / Infrastructure PE / InvITs.

- Strong grasp of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment structuring.

- Hands-on exposure to infrastructure, energy, or renewables is preferred.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional deal processes and interact with senior stakeholders.

Qualification: MBA (Tier 1 preferred)
