SM - Lithium Battery Technology & BMS Analytics for a publicly listed company with a national presence based at Gurgaon.

What's the Role:

Lead the technical strategy, deployment, operations, and performance optimization of Lithium-ion Battery (LFP) solutions across telecom and energy infrastructure. The role will be responsible for battery technology evaluation, battery pack manufacturing assessment, installation standards, vendor management, field operations, and development of advanced BMS analytics capabilities to improve battery reliability, lifecycle, safety, and total cost of ownership.

The candidate will act as the subject matter expert for Lithium Battery Systems and drive technology innovation, supplier development, quality assurance, field performance management, and next-generation battery intelligence initiatives.

Technical Competencies:

Must Have:

- Strong understanding of LFP battery technology.

- Battery pack design and integration.

- Battery manufacturing and assembly processes.

- Cell selection and qualification.

- Battery testing and validation.

- BMS architecture and firmware concepts.

- SOC/SOH algorithms.

- Failure analysis and reliability engineering.

- Thermal management systems.

- Telecom battery systems.

- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

- CAN, Modbus, RS485 communication protocols.

- Cloud-based battery monitoring systems.

- Python, SQL, Power BI or analytics tools.

- AI/ML applications in battery health analytics.
