Linehaul Fleet Management

- Drive and ensure for effective LH network with cost & speed optimization.

- Route Optimization : Planning efficient routes to minimize transit time and costs.

- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards for transportation and handling.

- Volume & Flight Schedule planning : Planning Volume for the city as source and destination

- Shuttle planning from MH/Airport Node to Airport and Airport to MH/DH

- Exploration of different modes of transportation - PTL/Railways/RORO etc

- Monitoring and Tracking shipments, orders, and inventory levels in real-time.

- Identify improvements on the workflow or system and collaborate with the operations team and supervise to implement the necessary changes time to time.

- Transforms large amounts of raw data into actionable information for presentation to business managers in report format.

- Builds and maintains automated reports using Business Objects, Reporting Services and Excel/Power BI etc
