Description: We have a role Sr Mgt role for Life & Annuity area. The person will have to set up US supporting team of 150 Plus in Bangalore and to manage them successfully. Good leadership role.

Job Description Life & Annuity Sr Manager:

- Job Oversight: Lead and manage the Ops/QA program for Life and Annuity products (US Region), ensuring compliance with Fidelity and Guarantee standards.

- Leadership: Manage and mentor a Ops/QA team based out of FNFI, driving performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.

- Quality Assurance Strategy: Define and implement QA frameworks, methodologies, and best practices tailored to life and annuity systems.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with team to ensure SLA metric are tracked, reported and communicated to client

- Risk Management: Identify, document, and mitigate risks related to product quality and regulatory compliance.

- Process Governance: Ensure adherence to SOP, including capacity planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.

- Automation Enablement: Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and coverage.

- Metrics & Reporting: Track and report SLA metrics to leadership, highlighting trends and improvement areas.

Skill Set Required:

- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Life and Annuity products, insurance processes, and regulatory requirements. Atleast 10 years into process.

- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage distributed teams, foster collaboration, and build high-performing teams.

- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems.

- Continuous Improvement: Ability to identify process gaps, RCA, CAPA, and implement improvements.

- Industry Certification: FLMI, ALMI, LACP (Added advantage)

- Six Sigma Certification: Greenbelt, Lean Sigma
