Senior Manager - Ledger Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead enterprise-wide finance transformation and change management initiatives.

- Drive ledger transformation programs and optimize finance processes.

- Collaborate with finance, business, and technology teams to implement Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.

- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and banking regulatory requirements.

- Analyze finance processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

- Support finance system implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

- Engage with senior stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on finance transformation programs.

- Develop governance frameworks, project plans, and progress reports for leadership.

- Ensure successful delivery of finance modernization initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in Finance Transformation within Banking or Banking GCC.

- Strong expertise in:

1. Banking Finance & Financial Reporting

2. IFRS (Advanced proficiency)

3. Oracle Fusion Finance

4. Ledger Transformation

5. Finance Change Management

6. Financial Controls & Governance

- Proven experience leading finance transformation and modernization initiatives.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects.

- Knowledge of ERP transformation and finance process optimization.

- Experience working with global finance teams and large enterprise transformation programs.

- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) are preferred.
