About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional for the role of Senior Manager Leasing (Industrial & Logistics). The candidate will be responsible for driving leasing transactions for industrial parks, warehousing assets, and logistics developments. The role requires strong market knowledge, client relationship management, transaction execution, and business development capabilities within the industrial and logistics real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive leasing and business development activities for industrial and logistics assets.

- Identify and acquire new occupier mandates across manufacturing, e-commerce, 3PL, FMCG, retail, and logistics sectors.

- Build strong relationships with corporates, IPCs, developers, and channel partners.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demand assessment for industrial and warehousing spaces.

- Lead end-to-end leasing transactions including site visits, negotiations, commercial discussions, and deal closure.

- Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams for smooth execution of lease documentation and handover.

- Develop leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental yields.

- Maintain database of occupiers, upcoming requirements, and market intelligence.

- Prepare leasing MIS reports, presentations, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

- Ensure achievement of revenue targets and leasing KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA / PGDM preferred.

- 8+ years of experience in Industrial & Logistics leasing, warehouse leasing, or commercial real estate

leasing.

- Strong network with occupiers, IPCs, and industrial developers.

- Good understanding of warehousing, industrial parks, BTS, and supply chain infrastructure.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven track record of successful leasing closures.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
