Job opportunity in Bangalore for a Manager Learning and Development holding 9+ years of experience having experience in Leadership Training, in total. You will be taking care of end to end L&D process for Leadership Team. If this sounds exciting, apply with us! One would be responsible for managing end to end L&D role starting from content creation to delivering training. One with great exposure of Leadership training would be preferred. LOCATION: Bangalore YOUR EMPLOYER: One of the leading IT Services and Consulting firm. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for identifying training and development needs for Leadership Teams. 2. Responsible for ensuring training design and delivery is aligned to best practice and business outcomes. 3. One would responsible for using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes. 4. Responsible for applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development. 5. Designing a range of learning interventions across levels and culture of continuous professional development. 6. Responsible for facilitating and delivering learning interventions for better outcomes. 7. Responsible for supporting the implementation of global talent development initiatives. 8. One would be taking care of positive and inclusive onboarding process for new hires, including new hire orientation. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Proven experience for at least 8+ years of experience in Leadership Training & Coaching. 2. Solid project management & organizational skills 3.
