Purpose:
We are looking for a seasoned professional who can design and implement a comprehensive corporate L&D strategy aligned with business objectives and future capability requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive corporate L&D strategy aligned with business objectives and future capability requirements.
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct organization-wide TNA by partnering with business leaders, HRBPs, and department heads.
- Create and deliver impactful learning programs (classroom, digital, blended) across leadership, functional, technical, and behavioral competencies.
- Drive high-potential and leadership development programs to build future-ready leadership pipelines.
- Build and manage digital learning platforms (LMS, LXP) and ensure wide-scale adoption and ROI tracking.
- Evaluate and manage external training partners, content providers, and facilitators.
- Track key L&D metrics (e.g., training effectiveness, learner engagement, business impact) and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead learning initiatives that support organizational transformation, DEI, employee engagement, and innovation.
Requirements:
Age Bracket: 30+ years
Education: Graduated from an University
Experience: 8+ years.
Skills: Excel, Communication, Training Delivery, LMS, Content Delivery and Making, Cross functional Collaboration.
