Role Summary:

The role involves leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Learning & Development and Talent Management initiatives. The incumbent will partner with business and HR leaders to deliver impactful interventions that build leadership, functional, and behavioral capabilities aligned to the organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end L&D strategy, including leadership development, functional capability building, and global e-learning platforms

- Design and manage global signature programs and regional learning interventions; evaluate effectiveness and enhance ROI.

- Talent Management initiatives include succession planning, high-potential development, 360-degree feedback, and IDP creation.

- Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure alignment with business needs.

- The candidate will manage L&D and Talent Management budgets effectively while maximizing organizational impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in both L&D and Talent Development, either with the Manufacturing/Engineering industries OR in a Consulting Organisation in a client-facing role.

- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor negotiation abilities
