A reputed and diversified manufacturing group is looking for an L&D professional to design, deliver, and manage Sales Training programs across the organization. The role will cater to both B2B and B2C sales teams, focusing on sales capability development, product knowledge, and performance coaching across multiple business units..

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver structured and comprehensive sales training programs covering solution selling, dealer management, key account management, and sales team leadership.

- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for sales teams across various locations.

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to understand new product features and create impactful training content.

- Design engaging training materials: manuals, presentations, videos, e-learning modules.

- Organize and lead sessions on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) using surveys, interviews, and performance data.

- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and revise content for improved learning impact.

- Define learning goals and manage post-learning projects and assignments in partnership with functional leaders.

- Support competency assessments and design customized programs to close skill gaps.

- Drive career development initiatives for the sales force.

- Lead onboarding & induction for new sales hires covering product, market, sales processes, automation tools, and reporting.

- Provide performance-enhancement coaching to underperforming team members.

- Partner with retail and distribution teams to ensure consistent sales messaging and customer experience.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in sales training & adult learning.

- Maintain and publish a structured Sales Training MIS to stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies:-

- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes

- Expertise in content design & development

- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts

- Proficiency with LMS platforms, digital tools, and virtual training technologies

- Willingness to travel to retail locations, distributors, and field teams

- Language proficiency: English,and Hindi

Education:

B.E / B.Tech

MBA is an added advantage
