Job Requirement:
- Must be CIPD Level 5 Certified.
- Proven track record as a master strategist in designing impactful leadership development programs, managing succession planning, and leading end-to-end performance cycles.
- Drafting HR policies for the company with the approval of management and implementing it effectively and efficiently.
- Must have excellent command of English and have exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous working experience in manufacturing industry would be an added advantage
