We are looking for a visionary Senior Manager of Learning, Development & Performance Management to join our leadership team in #SaudiArabia This is a pivotal, full-time role where you will design and implement strategies that cultivate a high-performance culture, drive employee growth, and directly impact our success. We are seeking a seasoned professional to shape the future of our talent landscape.

Job Requirement:


- Minimum of 15+ years of experience shaping Learning & Development and Performance Management functions at a senior level.

- Must be CIPD Level 5 Certified.

- Proven track record as a master strategist in designing impactful leadership development programs, managing succession planning, and leading end-to-end performance cycles.

- Drafting HR policies for the company with the approval of management and implementing it effectively and efficiently.

- Must have excellent command of English and have exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Previous working experience in manufacturing industry would be an added advantage
