- Creating, modifying, customising and maintaining content with the aim of achieving business goals
- Structure and develop content from concept notes from across stakeholders
- Raising brand awareness by sharing content - and monitoring trends, update and put metrics with the interest of maintaining best practices.
- Growing an online community and tracking that community's growth
- Develop good ILT (Instructor led) and digital content in a clear and presentable form
- Manage and own the learning management system, its usage, reporting and maximize user penetration
- Design and structure e-learning courses, career plans, workshops
- Instructional Design, story boarding, HLDs
- He/she would also be responsible for managing content on social media and develop unique ideas for web content
- Project Management
- Learning needs identification and Analysis (Org and function wide)
- Competency framework & implementation
- Vendor Management & Learning budget
- Facilitation Skills
- Data management and analytics
- Training related dashboards and MIS
- Hands on experience in implementing and driving LMS
- Assess the success of development and help employees make use of the learning opportunities
