- Our Client is a top Life Insurance company based at Gurugram .
- Were looking for a strategic L&D leader to drive enterprise-wide learning initiatives, design impactful interventions, and build a culture of continuous development. This is a central role with high visibility across business units, ideal for someone who blends execution excellence with stakeholder empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage learning for key enterprise projects as the central Learning Partner
- Design and execute interventions aligned to business goals (TNA/TNI)
- Own end-to-end project delivery including budgeting, analytics, and vendor management
- Collaborate with HRBPs, functional training leads, and senior stakeholders to drive adoption
- Engage with external partners to ensure timely execution and compliance
- Track impact and report outcomes through client hours and stakeholder reviews
What Were Looking For:
- 810 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in core L&D roles
- Strong expertise in Learning & Development, Digital Learning, and OD
- Proven project management skills and ability to drive operating efficiencies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Experience in BFSI preferred
