Musat have 8+ years of progressive experience in L&D in a scaling Organization's be from a fintech/NBFC's corporate office. Desing & implementing technical and soft skills training for large and diverse groups. Corporate office experience is a must
What will be expected -
Design, implement & manage learning programs to build critical technical, digital & data capabilities relevant to fintech operations. Conduct TNA. Create competencies models. Deliver programs - Virtual & classroom trainings & blended learning methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Strategy: Design, implement, and manage future-focused learning programs that build critical technical, digital, and data capabilities relevant to fintech operations.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct skill gap analyses and translate findings into targeted interventions for current and anticipated workforce requirements.
- Program Development: Develop, deliver, and evaluate impactful training, including virtual, in-person, and blended learning methods.
- Competency & Career Frameworks: Create competency models and support dual career pathways (technical and non-technical).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders and HR to align L&D programs with business priorities, manage relationships with external vendors, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Measurement & Reporting: Use analytics to measure program effectiveness, provide actionable insights, and regularly report outcomes to leadership.
- Change Management: Support the adoption of new technologies and learning approaches across the organization; drive continuous learning culture.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Lead initiatives to promote mentoring, onboarding, career progression, and succession planning.
