We're hiring for a global leader in the electrical and energy solutions industry (client name confidential) for their Corporate Office in Gurgaon.
Position: Senior Manager - Learning & Development
Experience: 8-12 Years
Location: Gurgaon (Corporate Office)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
We're looking for someone who can:
- Design and deliver impactful training programs independently.
- Develop learning content, training modules, facilitator guides, and other learning materials.
- Identify capability gaps and drive learning interventions across the organization.
- Travel regularly to manufacturing plants and regional offices to conduct training sessions and support learning initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to build a strong learning culture.
Ideal Candidate:
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development.
- Strong classroom facilitation and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in instructional design and content development.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across India.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, electrical, industrial, or FMCG organizations will be an advantage.
