Are you an experienced L&D professional passionate about building future-ready talent and leadership capabilities?

We are looking for a Senior Manager - L&D to drive the organizations learning agenda and build a strong, business-aligned learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals and future capability requirements.

- Conduct organization-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with business leaders, HRBPs and functional heads.

- Design and deliver impactful classroom, digital and blended learning programs.

- Drive Leadership Development and Hi-Po programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.

- Manage and enhance LMS/LXP platforms and drive organization-wide adoption.

- Develop and manage learning content across leadership, functional, technical and behavioral competencies.

- Evaluate and manage training partners, content providers and facilitators.

- Track learning effectiveness, engagement, ROI and other L&D metrics.

- Lead learning initiatives supporting organizational transformation, employee engagement, DEI and innovation.

What Were Looking For:

- 7 - 13 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development / Capability Development

- Strong experience in L&D strategy and TNA

- Proven exposure to Leadership Development & Capability Building

- Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP and digital learning

- Strong training content development and delivery skills

- Experience managing external L&D vendors/partners

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and learning analytics

Ideal Profile:

- Someone who has moved beyond training delivery and has independently owned L&D strategy, capability building, leadership development, digital learning and learning effectiveness.
