Sr. Manager Leadership Hiring
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sr. Manager Leadership Hiring to lead strategic hiring for corporate functions and technology leadership roles. The ideal candidate should come with a strong background in executive search and talent acquisition, with a successful track record of closing leadership positions across functions in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end leadership hiring mandates for corporate and technology functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, Strategy).
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for CXO and VP-level roles.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs, build role briefs, and define candidate profiles.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and talent intelligence exercises.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver quality outcomes within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong network of top leadership talent across industries.
- Work closely with external partners and executive search firms as needed.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in leadership hiring/executive search, with at least 5 years focused on corporate and tech functions.
- Experience must be from IT firms (services or product) or top-tier consulting/recruitment firms.
- Strong headhunting and talent mapping skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and leadership assessment frameworks.
Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office
Location: Noida, 5 Days a Week
