About the Role:

We are hiring for a Senior Manager SAP for a leading global manufacturing group headquartered in Europe, known for its innovation and sustainability-driven operations in building materials and fluid management systems. The position is based at Bangalore and reports to the DGM SAP.

The incumbent will lead strategic SAP initiatives across the organization, ensuring seamless integration, modernization, and optimization of SAP systems including S/4HANA, IBP, and other related modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the SAP roadmap including version upgrades, landscape modernization, and module adoption (IBP, Quality, Plant Maintenance).

- Lead vendor evaluations and RFP processes for SAP projects ensuring alignment with business goals and cost efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align SAP capabilities with organizational strategy and compliance needs (ITGC, SOD, Audit).

- Oversee SAP implementation and enhancement projects including DR drills, automation initiatives (ATP, COPA, POSM), and new plant configurations.

- Manage internal and external teams for timely delivery of SAP solutions, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality benchmarks.

- Track and report project milestones, risks, and performance metrics.

- Ensure SAP systems meet security, audit, and regulatory standards through proactive controls and remediation.

- Lead user access reviews, SOD conflict resolution, and role redesign initiatives in coordination with audit and compliance teams.

- Act as the key liaison between IT, Finance, SCM, Audit, and external partners for all SAP-related initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

- BE/B.Tech with 10+ years of experience in SAP project management, including S/4HANA and ECC environments.

Experience & Skills:

- Proven track record in SAP transformation initiatives across modules such as FICO, IBP, SD, MM, PM.

- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integration, and security frameworks.

- Exposure to SAP Treasury, MDG, BTP, and VIM will be an advantage.

- Familiarity with audit frameworks and ITGC controls.

- Excellent vendor management, communication, and leadership skills.
