Senior Manager/Lead - Manufacturing/Supply Chain - Personal Care

We have a suitable opportunity in the (External Manufacturing) division at our Pune / Mumbai Office for the position of Lead - Manufacturing Supply Chain Lead (Senior Manager).

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain management for all external manufacturing sites across planning, RM/PM procurement, production coordination, Dispatch planning and new launch coordination.

- This role needs to ensure uninterrupted FG flow and cost efficiency in alignment with business goals.

- You should have 8 -10 years of relevant experience with FMCG global MNCs and exposure to large external manufacturing networks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Production planning and RM/PM planning aligned with the Net requirement plan.

- Ensure production schedules are met without material shortages.

- Drive capacity planning and bottleneck resolution.

- Monitor and improve the service rate from the subcontractors.

- Adheres to weekly production schedules.

- Monitoring and resolution of long-term bottlenecks in RM / PM availability.

- Reduce SLOB at external manufacturers.

- Timely delivery of new launches and promotions.

- Drive cost-saving initiatives

- Drive consistent process improvements and digital initiatives
