Senior Manager - Job Integration & Insights Lead
Job Description:
- The Jobs Integration & Insights Lead will oversee the integration of all incoming jobs during M&A deals, including acquisitions and rebadging
- This role involves working closely with the HR M&A and M&A Compensation teams to ensure that all incoming jobs are appropriately levelled and integrated into the Global Jobs Catalog
- The role holder will also ensure that every incoming employee is tagged to the right role, manage change regarding the Jobs & Career architecture framework and systems, and address any teething issues proactively
- Additionally, the role involves analysing job-related data across systems to provide valuable insights that help HR leadership make informed decisions regarding jobs, skills, career tracks, and job families
- The role also supports the Talent Architecture leadership with analysis and insights related to various critical short or medium-term project
- Oversee the integration of incoming jobs during M&A deals, ensuring they are appropriately levelled and integrated into the Global Jobs Catalog
- Collaborate with HR M&A and M&A Compensation teams to ensure accurate job levelling and integration
- Ensure that every incoming employee is tagged to the correct role and manage change regarding the Jobs & Career architecture framework and systems
- Address and resolve any teething issues related to job integration proactively
- Analyse job-related data across systems to provide insights that support HR leadership in making informed decisions
- Support Talent Architecture leadership with analysis and insights for various critical projects
- Manage change regarding the Jobs & Career architecture framework and systems, ensuring smooth transitions during M&A activities
- Continuously assess and improve job integration processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the job integration process
Skills required:
- Certifications related to the role or MBA from Tier-1/2 colleges
