Key Responsibilities: Organizational Development & Culture: - Partner with department heads to design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. - Promote a high-performance culture that aligns with the organization's vision, values, and leadership competencies. - Provide expert consultation on organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategies. - Develop systems for continuous feedback and skill gap analysis; organize regular capability building sessions. - Ensure HR initiatives support broader business priorities and enhance overall performance. Talent Management: - Design and lead strategies for talent management, reviews, succession planning, and calibration. - Define key competencies for each role in line with long-term business goals. - Actively contribute to Global Talent Management Reviews (GTMR) and Functional Talent Management Reviews (FTMR). - Establish clear career paths and implement career planning frameworks across functions. - Build and maintain a robust succession pipeline supported by rotation and upskilling plans. - Drive leadership development programs and capability-building initiatives. - Oversee KRA communication and performance measurement to foster a results-oriented culture. - Champion diversity, inclusion, and a strong organizational culture. Compensation & Benefits: - Lead the development of C&B strategies and policy frameworks. - Design and implement compensation structures, grading systems, and promotion guidelines in l-line with company culture. - Oversee salary planning, bonus structures, and incentive schemes. - Manage regional HR projects, including cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives beyond the C&B function. HR Analytics: - Leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights to leadership. - Track and analyze key HR metrics like cost, engagement, and diversity; implement data-driven action plans. Employee Engagement & Relations: - Drive initiatives that enhance employee participation and build a collaborative culture. - Establish open and effective communication channels between leadership and employees. - Develop and execute recognition and reward strategies within functions. - Lead employee engagement and retention efforts aligned with business needs. General HR Operations: - Ensure statutory and labor law compliance. - Manage HR processes related to transfers, promotions, and disciplinary actions in line with policy. - Oversee payroll for COCO and K-Stores, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement. - Lead talent acquisition for retail teams via campus and lateral hiring. - Drive productivity initiatives in retail stores and manage manpower cost budgets. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience. - In-depth understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices. - Strong track record in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. - Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. - Strong analytical capabilities and experience using HR data to guide decision-making. - Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
