Senior Manager - Last Mile Capacity Building

Job Description:

- Execute Variable Cost improvement initiatives, working in close proximity with multiple teams

- Drive fixed Cost reduction related Initiatives to leverage infra & deliver YoY reductions.

- Design, deliver, and manage scalable solutions for cost opportunities identified through a data driven approach.

- Build cost improvement Plans & execution of initiatives

- Build a deep understanding of Rider planning model

- To identify levers of improving Wish master's Productivity & earnings, Execution of these programs

- Create the strategy and mechanisms for moving from manual monitoring to scalable, automated processes and reporting.

- To ensure regular program updates to leadership & Ground teams

Qualification:

- B-tech or MBA (Preferred candidates from Tier I/II MBA institutes).

- 10+ years of experience in Courier/Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistics Operations.
