Position: Senior Manager Labor & Delivery
Location: Seattle, WA
Department: Women & Childrens Services Labor & Delivery
Compensation: $170,000$230,000 base salary
Relocation: Possible for an ideal candidate

Reports To: Senior Director, Womens & Childrens Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality, safety, patient experience, staffing, and financial performance of the L&D unit.
- Partner with L&D and Women & Childrens leadership teams.
- Lead, mentor, and support approx. 140 caregivers in a high-volume, high-acuity environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in perinatal services.
- Drive operational excellence, caregiver engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with anesthesia, neonatology, obstetrics, and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain positive working relationships within a union environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Active Washington RN License (required at hire).
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Nurse Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong acute care nursing background.
- BLS American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience in a unionized healthcare environment.
