About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced KMP to join a Bhubaneswar-based financial advisory. The role involves handling end-to-end transaction execution across India and requires strong analytical, financial, and project management skills. The candidate will work closely with the leadership team and various stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the execution of transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, Delisting, Open Offers, Buybacks, Government Bonds, NCDs, QIPs, Valuation Assignments, Debt & Equity Syndication.

- Coordinate with clients, registrars, legal advisors, auditors, bankers, and stock exchanges to ensure seamless execution.

- Prepare financial models, pitch documents, and transaction notes.

- Conduct business, legal, and financial due diligence for transactions.

- Manage client interactions professionally and maintain smooth communication.

- Ensure strict adherence to timelines and accuracy in deliverables.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and financial understanding.

- Excellent coordination and project management skills.

- Ability to handle complex transactions and multi-stakeholder environments efficiently.

- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

- MBA (Finance) / CA / CS / Relevant Finance Degree.

- Additional certifications related to Merchant Banking will be an advantage.
