Job Brief:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Manager IT Sales to join our team in Sweden.

This role is all about growth and new opportunities.

You will lead the way in finding new clients (especially targeting the Manufacturing, Automotive industries), building strong relationships, and helping them succeed with the right IT solutions.

Along with driving sales, you will contribute to strategic planning, workforce solutions, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver the best value to clients.

Responsibilities:

- Find and connect with new clients in Sweden, focusing on enterprise and mid-market companies.

- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities through research, networking, and direct sales.

- Manage the full sales cycle from generating leads to closing big deals.

- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to ensure sustainable business growth.

- Work with technical, delivery, and cross-functional teams to create IT solutions (Software, AI, Cloud, ERP, Infrastructure, or Managed Services) that fit client needs.

- Partner with talent acquisition teams to ensure clients also receive workforce and staffing solutions aligned with their needs.

- Contribute to strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to refine business approaches.

- Utilize CRM tools and other business development platforms to manage leads, opportunities, and client relationships effectively.

- Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

- Share sales progress and forecasts with management regularly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- 8 - 12 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development in Sweden.

- Strong network of decision-makers in large enterprises (Fortune 1000 preferred).

- Proven record in hunting new accounts and closing big deals.

- Strong expertise in strategic planning, market research, and competitive analysis.

- Hands-on experience with CRM software and business development tools.

- Knowledge of recruitment/talent acquisition processes and workforce planning is a plus.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

- Fluency in English (Swedish language is an advantage).

- Experience in the software, technology, or professional services industry is highly desirable.
