Senior Manager - IT Procurement

1. Providing cost prudence, budget adherence, cost savings through prompt, efficient and cost-effective procurement of the right quality products / services

2. Execute full sourcing strategy from Supplier Selection, RFx, Negotiation, Contract execution & commitment, management of supplier performance and logistics

3. Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms

4. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts and ensure procurement remains within the approved budget focusing on quality, delivery, cost containment and process improvement

5. Supports as necessary, contractual terms and conditions for review by legal, leveraging latest thinking in contracting methods to minimize risk and maximize advantage

6. Identify and shortlist vendors for services required across functions like Application, SAP, HR etc. prudence, budget adherence, cost savings through prompt, efficient and cost-effective procurement of the right quality products / services
