Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure & Operations

Role Overview:

- We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead global IT infrastructure strategy, operations, and service delivery.

- This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness of enterprise infrastructure and workplace services across geographies.

- The ideal candidate will bring strong experience managing global teams, modern cloud platforms, and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, with a strategic yet execution-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the global IT infrastructure and operations strategy aligned with business objectives

- Oversee ITSM processes, cloud platforms, network, data center, and workplace services

- Ensure high availability, resilience, security, and compliance across infrastructure environments

- Lead vendor management, contract negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives

- Manage and mentor global infrastructure and operations teams

- Drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement

- Collaborate with security, architecture, and business leaders to support enterprise initiatives

- Own incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations leadership

- Proven track record managing global, distributed teams

- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)

- Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL or equivalent)

- Experience with vendor governance, budgeting, and cost optimization

- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience leading large-scale infrastructure transformations

- Exposure to hybrid and multi-cloud environments

- Relevant certifications (ITIL, AWS, Azure)
