We are looking for an experienced IT leader to manage end-to-end enterprise IT operations across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Service.

Key Responsibilities :

Enterprise IT Leadership

- Manage all IT operations across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Service.

- Drive continuous improvement in uptime, scalability, and digital efficiency.

- Contribute to the IT strategy ensuring alignment with companies growth and compliance needs.

SAP and Enterprise Systems

- Oversee SAP ECC/S4 HANA operations across MM, PM, Finance, SD, PP, QM, HR.

- Manage Salesforce and other enterprise systems ensuring smooth data integration and user support.

- Collaborate with the VP - Finance on SAP lifecycle and process governance.

Cybersecurity and Statutory Compliance

- Lead ISO 27001/ISMS implementation and audits.

- Ensure statutory IT and data-audit compliance, ITGC controls, and data protection measures.

- Maintain close coordination with R&D IT for regulated data compliance and traceability.

Digitization and Systems Integration

- Coordinate with R&D IT and vendors to support digitization projects (QMS, DMS, MES, eBMR, CRM, etc.).

- Facilitate infrastructure readiness and integration for tools such as MasterControl and other enterprise platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant, and seamless deployments.

Infrastructure and Connectivity

- Oversee network and cloud infrastructure across AWS, Google Workspace, MS, MPLS/SD-WAN, and on-premise systems.

- Maintain consistent service reliability and cybersecurity across HQ and manufacturing sites.

What We're Looking For

- 18+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in leadership within medical devices, pharma, or regulated manufacturing.

- Strong SAP ECC/S4 HANA expertise.

- Proven experience in ISO 27001, ISMS, ITGC, and statutory audits.

- Hands-on knowledge of cloud, network, and infrastructure management.

- Experience driving digital transformation in regulated environments.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
