Senior Manager - IT Cyber Secutiry

Position Requirements:

- Experience: 8+ years in IT risk management/cybersecurity consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Education: BE Computers or equivalent

- Certifications (Preferred): ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Auditor, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent.

- Business Development: Proven track record in driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT risk, cybersecurity, and compliance across BFSI, IT, manufacturing, and pharma sectors.

- Leadership: Experience managing teams and leading complex client engagements.

- Strategic Orientation: Ability to align cybersecurity initiatives with organizational goals and identify new business opportunities.

- Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

- Risk Management Leadership: Design and implement IT risk frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and global standards.

- Cybersecurity Awareness: Build engaging awareness programs (e-learning, campaigns, infographics, videos) to strengthen client resilience against cyber threats.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities, build CXO-level relationships, and grow the client portfolio.

- Client Engagement: Act as the primary relationship advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

- Consulting & Advisory: Provide strategic IT risk advisory, covering compliance and tailored security solutions.

- Project Management: Oversee multiple cybersecurity projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and alignment with client goals.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage cybersecurity professionals, fostering a high-performance and innovative culture.

- Thought Leadership: Represent the firm at industry forums, positioning us as a leader in IT risk and cybersecurity consulting.
