Role Overview:

As the Sr. Manager - IT (Application Development & Management) within our (INSURANCE) BFSI domain, you will be at the forefront of driving technology initiatives that directly impact our insurance business. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing the entire application development lifecycle, from strategic planning and solution design to delivery and ongoing management. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects. This role is crucial to delivering innovative and reliable IT solutions that enhance the customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
