Senior Manager - IPO Readiness - Retail

Position Overview:

The role will work closely with investment bankers, auditors, and advisors on DRHP preparation and listing-related activities. Also the role will oversee financial closure quarterly and monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support DRHP preparation and IPO execution

- Coordinate with investment bankers, legal advisors, and auditors

- Manage financial disclosures, due diligence, and regulatory requirements

- Oversee monthly/quarterly financial closure and ensure accuracy of reporting

- Strengthen financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls

- Ensure readiness for listed company governance standards

Preferred Profile:

- CA / MBA (Finance)

- 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts

- Prior involvement in IPO / DRHP process preferred

- Strong understanding of SEBI regulations and Ind AS

- Experience in managing financial closure processes

- High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced organisation.
