Senior Manager - Investor Relations & Strategic Finance

Job Description:

Be part of an IPO journey from the inside. A Pune-based infrastructure and manufacturing enterprise, actively on its IPO path and raising growth capital, is hiring a Senior Manager Strategic Finance & IR. You'll work directly with the CFO, own investor relationships, and play a central role in one of India's most exciting capital market stories right now.

What you'll do:

- Own end-to-end investor relations current and prospective (PE, strategic, sovereign funds)

- Lead fundraising collateral: IMs, investor decks, teasers, data packs

- Drive IPO readiness - DRHP inputs, BRLM coordination, financial restatements

- Evaluate M&A / JV targets: valuation models (DCF, comps), deal structuring support

- Build financial models, projections, and management dashboards for CFO decision-making

Who we're looking for:

- MBA (Finance/Strategy) from Tier 1-2 or CA with deal experience considered

- 6-7 years in Investment Banking / Private Equity / Corporate Finance / Strategy

- Hands-on IR, fundraising, or deal execution experience is non-negotiable

- Manufacturing / infrastructure sector exposure is a strong plus
